COPYRIGHT COMPLAINT PROCESS (INFRINGEMENT REDRESSAL)
IPTV Smarters Pro maintains a strict policy for handling copyright infringement complaints in accordance with applicable copyright laws and regulations.
1. Platform Status
IPTV Smarters Pro acts solely as an intermediary platform that enables users to access and manage user-generated content. IPTV Smarters Pro does not host, upload, or control any media content available through the platform.
Due to the nature of user-generated content, it is not feasible to monitor every file for potential copyright violations. However, IPTV Smarters Pro takes copyright protection seriously and has established a clear procedure to address reported infringements.
2. Copyright Infringement Reporting Procedure
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that your copyrighted content has been infringed through IPTV Smarters Pro, you must submit a formal complaint containing the following information:
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Exact location or URL of the allegedly infringing content
Proof of ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner
A description of the similarity between the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing content
Any additional relevant details supporting the claim
The complaint must be signed by the copyright owner or their authorized representative and sent in PDF format.
3. Review and User Notification
Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notice:
IPTV Smarters Pro will forward the complaint to the concerned user
The user will be given an opportunity to respond and defend the alleged content
4. Action Taken
After reviewing both the complaint and the user’s response, IPTV Smarters Pro may take one or more of the following actions:
Suspend the user account
Terminate the user account
Permanently disconnect accounts involved in repeated copyright violations
IPTV Smarters Pro reserves the right to take appropriate action based on the severity and frequency of the infringement.
5. Repeated Infringements
Users found to repeatedly post or access infringing content will have their accounts permanently disconnected in accordance with this policy.
6. Grievance Redressal
Any grievances or disputes arising from this copyright complaint process may be addressed to our legal team.
7. Policy Compliance
All actions taken under this Copyright Complaint Process shall be carried out strictly in compliance with applicable copyright laws and regulations.
